At LenoxDent, customer satisfaction and product integrity are at the core of everything we do. We stand behind the quality of our dental instruments and are committed to ensuring that every product you receive meets your expectations in performance and durability.

Product Warranty

All LenoxDent instruments are covered under a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty applies from the date of original purchase and covers manufacturing faults only.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material irregularities

  • Faults arising from improper workmanship

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper sterilization

  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Corrosion or staining due to improper cleaning or maintenance

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.

  • Prior authorization is required before any item is returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or OEM-manufactured instruments

  • Used, sterilized, or autoclaved items

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

Inspection & Resolution

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the product has been verified as eligible under the return policy or warranty claim.
