• Rigorous Quality Control: Every instrument undergoes a thorough inspection process, including:

  • A 31-point checklist for incoming instruments.

  • A 7-point final checklist before shipping.

Return or Exchange Policy

• 30-Day Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the instrument is in its original, unused condition.

• Used or Autoclaved Instruments: These cannot be returned.

• Manufacturing Defects: If a defect is found after usage, the instrument will be repaired or replaced under our warranty.

• Customized/Engraved Instruments: These are non-returnable, but manufacturer warranties still apply.
